It is my honor to serve as the 4th president of The 1926 Foundation, Inc., and to continue the remarkable legacy that has defined our organization since its establishment in 2009.
​
For more than a decade, The 1926 Foundation has stood as a beacon of hope and opportunity in the Philadelphia community. What began as a vision to support educational advancement has grown into a transformative force that has touched countless lives. Our foundation was incorporated as a nonprofit entity in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and achieved our 501(c)(3) public charity designation from the Internal Revenue Service in 2011, cementing our commitment to serving others through educational and charitable initiatives.

A Message from the President
Our mission remains steadfast: providing scholarship assistance to high school seniors and college students who are pursuing their educational dreams. We understand that access to higher education can be the key that unlocks potential and creates pathways to success. Beyond scholarships, we extend our support to community organizations throughout the Philadelphia area whose initiatives align with our mission, recognizing that lasting change happens when we work together to help individuals from all walks of life.

The numbers speak to our impact to date, The 1926 Foundation has awarded one million dollars in support to our community. But behind every dollar lies a story of hope fulfilled, a dream realized, and a future brightened. These achievements represent the collective dedication of our board members, volunteers, donors, and community partners who share our vision of a stronger, more educated Philadelphia.
